We arrived 11:15 for our procedure scheduled many days before for 11:30. First, we waited about one hour in the general waiting room. Then they moved us to another room where a nurse took some measurements. Then another hour of wait. The procedure started at 1:45. It took only 45 minutes under general anesthesia. It was a paid operation of couple thousands. I don't believe a competent place would allow two hours wait time. The operation went well so my comment above is only about the managerial aspect of this medical center.

I recently had a toe fusion done at this clinic. Dr Glazebrook and his team of Doctors and nurses were very nice. They answered all of my questions and informed me of everything that would be done during my procedure. The nurses were amazing , very Kind and helpful. Shannon on the desk was very friendly and the anesthesiologist put my fears at rest .Such a nice clinic where you felt welcomed and taken care of.
