got blood work done and staff was friendly and attentive. Since may I have been calling to try and schedule an appointment, and every time I’m sent to voicemail. I’ve left at least 6 voicemails with my name, phone number, and reason for calling and have yet to receive a call back. Really inconvenient having to drive there to make an appointment since they never answer the phone.
