Project went as planned. Chris and Travis were totally professional , courteous and respectful . They answered questions and always kept me informed. The furnace and air conditioning were installed seamlessly. East Coast Mech. has been performing my maintenance for many years and I’ve always been impressed with their customer service and technicians.
I'd like to thank East Coast Mechanical for doing such a great job cleaning my furnace. I didn't ask their names, but the 2 men who came did a wonderful job, and explained things nicely. Again, thanks so much!
The ECM team is amazing from start to finish! Dave is a wonderful, respectful, responsive and patient sales person. Trevor, Lex and the rest of the team have installed heat pumps and a boiler for us and on both occasions they were highly professional, incredibly skilled, honest, and good communicators. In addition, the admin team has always been professional, responsive and kind. I've recommended them many times to friends and family, and I would do it again any day of the week.
