They have serviced my furnace, A/C, and tankless hot water heater for over 15 years. Always responsive and professional. And I always recommend this company when asked.
ECM installed a split mini in our primary bedroom. We felt the cost was reasonable, liked the quality products they supply and that electric was included in the package. Installation was smooth, Chris and Lex went above and beyond ensuring I was happy. They politely dealt with my noisy questions on the procedures and pathway of the lines and were great about respecting the inside of my house. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them as our primary HVAC group.
I have had east coast serving my furnace for at least 10 years and they have been great. They have also serviced my AC. Everyone I have dealt with at the company has been friendly and easy to work with. Last year when cleaning my furnace, the serviceman pointed out that my oil tank was starting to leak. I had east coast replace my oil tank before it got to be a big problem.
After 37 years, our central air conditioning unit died in one of the hottest spells of weather this summer. We asked for friends' recommendations and East Coast Mechinical came up multiple times so we contracted with them for installation. While we waited for the Trane system to be installed, East Coast lent us two window air conditioners to get us through the heat spell. We were very happy with their service and would highly recommend East Coast Mechanical as well.
