Dave from ECM came to my home about 45 minutes early for the scheduled time. I was happy about that and said so to Dave. This was the first time we used this company and we could not be happier. From calling on the phone to get a repair, to being give a date and an approximate time and the tech (Eddy) showing up on time, everything went flawlessly. We will gladly use this company from now on!
Outstanding service and follow up! We have an annual preventative maintenance agreement with them which I highly recommend. Bri and Mary in the office are so helpful with scheduling. The field techs are on time, professional and polite. Tyler explains everything he does and keeps our system in top notch condition!
I want to tell you about what service Dave and Kristin at East Coast Mechanical do, both individual went above and beyond ,I purchased a gas furnace from them, the meriden building inspector drop the ball never close the permit , but the inspector told Dave it was also set ,well when we went to close the house for sale there was an open permit couldn't close the sale of the house, called Kristen at East Coast who email (twice) and call several times to get another inspection ,final did and Dave explain to the new inspector t... read more
