Excellent customer service, super responsive, and high quality work. I am very glad I reached out to Serge! I didn't love this split unit in my home but I inherited it from the previous homeowner. I called Serge last spring when my split unit AC malfunctioned. He was one of the few techs in the area that actually serviced mini splits - most techs did not and it was hard to find someone who could come on a weekend.
