My husband took our craftsman lawn tractor to be fixed, it's dead, Joe Littorio, he said he could fix it. To the best of my recollection, my husband took it there last year March 2020. My husband has been there numerous times, did talk to Joe maybe 5 times, talked more to his helper. Called several times, I called left messages 2 times...needless to say, we don't have our tractor. Terrible and he has an excuse for everything. I had an inground sprinkler system installed by Joe. After it was installed a lot of the lines had come to the surface. Joe reburied them, and my landscaper buried them again when they reappeared. I had my lawn aerated in the fall and expected a few punctures but ended up with at least forty throughout the entire yard.
