Dropped a weed eater off for a simple repair because due to my job I didn’t have time to do it myself (which I normally would). Waited about 3 or 4 weeks with no movement in getting it fixed. I called around the fourth week and the guy that answered the phone had no idea what was going on with the weed eater. Said he would call me back the following week. I would like to preface this by saying outside of the repair service, this place was great. The staff was very helpful in offering suggestions for how to treat my fruit trees for the season, which is the only reason they don't get 1 star. I think if you need anything outside of a repair and you're near by, this would be a good place to visit. With that said, I had brought my leaf blower in for a warranty repair as it was not working. Would not recommend buying parts from this place they tried to sell me a Chinese knockoff carburetor for the same price as a OEM carburetor
