The man who waited on me name Rick was the biggest jerk I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and is trying to charge $ 700 to fix a mower that runs but will not mow and I paid Tractor Supply $300 for extended warranty the tractor a Cub cadet has a design flaw in the seat and seat switch. I am looking for other Cub Cadet owners who have this reoccouring problem to join my law suit I RATE ZERO STARS
Poor customer service, paid $45 for them to take a month to tell me they can't fix it and go to pick it up stuff is loose, they threw my deck belt away...who does that?!
