I rarely leave reviews, but I hope this saves others from the frustrating experience I had. Communication was poor from the start—no response to my inquiry until my contractor contacted the owner directly. At our scheduled showroom visit, no one had our name, though they fit us in. We selected our materials and clearly specified a waterfall edge for a bar top and backsplash for bathroom top which were acknowledged by the salesperson over email. I honestly hate leaving reviews, but I’m completely frustrated and I have tried every single avenue to rectify this issue, and now no one will even respond. We hired Andrew Lee with East Coast Granite to install countertops in all of our bathrooms and kitchen in a brand new home in Mooresville NC. The entire process was easy and smooth, until the countertops arrived for the kitchen. East Coast Granite of Charlotte did a fantastic job on our kitchen project! We worked with Mr. Stuart Rosen who was absolutely amazing and very patient with us. He walked us through every step and was with us all the way until the completion of this project and to our satisfaction! Give them a try, You will not be disappointed.
Janice helped us with a project gone wrong! Our cabinet installers left us high and dry without a countertop for months. She was able to step in and help us pick out a beautiful countertop (really perfect actually!) and it was installed in a VERY timely manner. It was such a relief to work with her and everyone involved. Great pricing and selection as well. Will be using East Coast again for our remodeling needs.
This great team impressed us! Tori came to our home (in the pouring rain) and gave excellent advice that made us feel comfortable with the process. Chelsea helped us with key details and ordering. Roman was the superlative template maker. Daniel was a very friendly installer and also gave great information. Miguel is a master craftsman. Thank you all!
