I will never refer this company to anyone. The crew who came to install granite counter tops, did not speak English. Had my contractor not been there, who could communicate some Spanish with them, I would not have been able to communicate with them. All they did was install the granite, my contractor had to do everything they did not do. They moved heavy furniture in my living room and did not put it back, they moved exercise equipment in the garage and did not put that back either. East Coast Granite finished off our house remodel with beautiful two tone kitchen and waterfall quartz. Couldn't be happier, recommend 10/10!
Went there on Monday. Picked out 3 potential quartz countertops. Was told a day or two for estimates. Called Friday and spoke with Lori, she was nice and said she'd relay my message to G. Still no word. We are ready to make it happen. Unbelievable that we haven't heard anything. We are going with another company that actually cares.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Janice! If you choose to use East Coast, she's the best! So prompt with responses, very accommodating and worked so hard for our stressful timeline. She was kind, genuine, and very knowledgeable. My husband had a slight issue with the gentleman during templating. For that, I am giving 4 starts. But I would use them again. Our kitchen and master bath countertops look wonderful! They did slightly damage our brand new custom cabinets during install, but quickly repaired them.
I’ve used East Coast several times now for quartz countertops and have had a great experience. Great product, great customer service and fair pricing. I’d highly recommend. Make sure you ask for Dawn, she is the best!
