Worst customer service ever! I've been waiting 3 months now for a 4 inch backsplash that was left out of my original delivery. I am pretty sure I would never see that backsplash if I hadn't continued to follow up. Of course I haven't seen it yet so I still may never see it. I would not use this company again.
Dawn was so helpful with design/selection! Came in without a clue and ended up with beautiful new quartz countertops, sink, and tile backsplash. High quality product, wonderful people: scheduling, templating, verifying templates on the actual slab, installation, plumber, tile install. All so friendly and happy to answer questions and did great work. Also, I kept my old, but refinished cabinets, and the installation guys took good care of them while removing old countertop. Very pleased! Thanks!!
We had such a great experience with ECG. Laurie helped us find the perfect Quartz countertops for our kitchen. She answered all of our questions (and we had a lot of them!) and was so great to work with. I definitely recommend asking for her when you stop in!
I will never refer this company to anyone. The crew who came to install granite counter tops, did not speak English. Had my contractor not been there, who could communicate some Spanish with them, I would not have been able to communicate with them. All they did was install the granite, my contractor had to do everything they did not do. They moved heavy furniture in my living room and did not put it back, they moved exercise equipment in the garage and did not put that back either. East Coast Granite finished off our house remodel with beautiful two tone kitchen and waterfall quartz. Couldn't be happier, recommend 10/10!
