Tanya (sales representative) very nice, helpful and professional. The entire process from choosing countertops to installation was the smoothest and easy process we have experienced as building our home. The time frame from ordering to installation was 2 weeks! Very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!
This is our third time working with East Coast Granite (this one being our largest project.) We worked with Nadya to pick out the slab that looks great in our kitchen. We were happy with the quick turn around of about 3 weeks from the initial consultation to the installation.
Their showroom is really clean. Janice was are sales person. She was awesome. Out of all the items they have that you can look at, there was a new item she would have had to check on the price. She knew everything else. Everyone from start to finish was great to deal with and explained everything really well. I would highly recommend them.
Ordered my Cabinets, Quartz Counter tops, backsplash tiles from Cabinet Connect which is part of East Coast Granites in Charlotte. Alex Fridman who’s a sales and Design Consultant helped us in design, put the orders build for Kitchen, Bar Area and Laundry. Alex is an excellent person who went above and beyond coordinating with his management to get things right from pricing to delivery and installation.
