Not happy with this company at all. This is the company Lowes of Littleton uses so caveat emptor! (Buyer beware!) Lowes will take your mobey but then will not do anything to help resolve any issue with the company. "Its out of our hands" We have been rescheduled 3 times to have it finished. One time the workers sat in the yard for 10 minutes and then left without ever knocking on the door...we were home. We got rescheduled for a week later, then that date got changed. Another great job !!! Have been using East Coast Flooring for the past 10 years I would highly recommend.
Dont use them threw lowes I had east coast put carpet in my bedrooms and stairs the guys were nice but when taking out the old carpet the guy swept all the dirt into my new livingroom they also put the carpet so far into my heaters that the coil could touch the carpet they also messed up the pad because I can put my foot between the padding they have not called me back when they said they would but call me a liar when I show them things they broke dont use them !!!!!!
They DID NOT show up on the day they suppose to do the installation. NO ONE answer the call ~ frustrated
