After being in the HVAC business for 37 years and doing business with East Coast filters almost the same amount of time I was totally let down over a single box of filters that we did not receive from a recent order. A phone call to the company yielded an argumentative and combative reply from a member of the management staff. I calmly explained the shortage of one box of air filters and that I would need another box to make up the order.
