I bought a used ATV from them. Granted, it said as is on the tag, BUT they also said they went thru it and gave it the "once over and fixed everything". Well, they only fixed a what they could see during their quick " once over", and I had to pay hell to get them to install one screw to hold light in, had to remind them and point it out 3 times. I would highly recommend East Coast Cycle Center if you are in the market for a bike. I bought my first Spyder from them last summer and was looking to upgrade already. I did not think twice about contacting them for my new one which I picked up this past weekend. I had the same salesman, Aaron, both times and he was able to give me awesome deals. I will not hesitate to contact them again for my next new one!
Went there yesterday .walked around for about a half hour and couldn't find a single person to help me . Was interested in purchasing a new spyder and drove 30 miles to this dealership to buy one.. everyone seemed to busy to be bothered .. I think I will take my business to another dealership...
I'd recommend anyone to go up to east coast cycle center! Went up there a couple times last week to figure out what bike I wanted and then Saturday I finalized it they let me leave and come back in an hour or so when the bike was ready for me to pick up! They really took care of me but my salesman nick Chancey went above and beyond with killer service and set me up with an amazing deal on a 2015 leftover, not to mention even got me a gift card to get a helmet and gloves! Thanks again! See you guys on my 500 mile service!
Always a good place to get the bike looked at. Sales people remember my name too!
