Don't buy CAN Am products from them can am don't stand behind product and Eastcoast leave u to do all the foot work after having bought 2 bikes in 1 month.

Stopped in today (last minute not scheduled) to get my quad serviced, absolutely great experience. The guys squeezed it in before the end of the day cause I'm going away tomorrow. Gary in service was great. Well done
Employees were dismissive and impatient, and took more than their good ol time when I asked them to please check for an item in the back. The representative that helped me didn't seem all that knowledgeable and I know for a fact that he lied with a couple questions that I asked him. Found a pair of Fulmer gloves that I bought at ECCC for $40 cheaper at the Philadelphia Cycle Center. Nearly everything they sell is overpriced, don't believe them when they say they don't control the prices

Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer service!!! The service manager Allen is a complete disgrace. Will never purchase from this joke of a company again!
Very poor service department, do not take your bike or quad here for help. There are several other dealers in the area who are all better than these guys.
I went to this place with cash in hand. They refused me a test ride on a used sports bike. How do I know what bike will fit me unless I ride one? When I emailed them they said good luck finding a dealer to let me test ride one. Good luck for them to get customers with that attitude.
