I love everything about this company, from Amanda and Lisa to being so friendly and really knowing who you are. Dave/Kelly coming out to checking my carpets quickly and not gouging me on everything. Jessie/Mike/Donnell (while there are many who visit) do a great job on my carpets and ask questions before they assume I want something extra. Its an amazing staff!
From Lisa handling the phones in a very polite and friendly manner to the Senior Technician Tim going above and beyond to clean my carpets and tile, I could not have had a better experience with East Coast Carpet Care! I will definitely be calling them again to clean my carpets and highly recommend them to all my friends!
