RecommendedWe had East Coast come in and patch some spots in our carpet that our dog chewed through and stretch a room that a previous company installed poorly. Donnell was in and out quickly while doing an excellent job. Thankfully we saved a remnant from the install and he was able to make it look like nothing ever happened. Thank you, Donnell, Lisa and Gary for a great job.

The two guys who showed up to clean my grandma's carpet did a horrible job, they were only here for about 15 minutes and it looks like they only ran the carpet cleaning machine over her carpet with no cleaning products. Now she has dirt lines going through her carpet .I guess the guys who did the work just didn't care.
The staff has no communication skills, not willing to help and have a bad attitude. Didn’t even allow me to explain what was going on. So I absolutely don’t recommend them to anyone ever especially if they are dealing with a leasing office. They will try to get ur for everything they can!

We just LOVE East Coast. From the friendly staff answering the phones and taking the orders to the professional technicians in the field. They do wonderful work and are very detail oriented and professional. I would highly recommend!
I recently moved and needed to have the carpet cleaned before I left. The apartment complex recommended East Coast Carpet Care Inc. I made an appointment and they came out on a Friday. They did an amazing job in the entire apartment. Not only did they do the entire apartment but they were efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable about their job.
