East Coast Bikes has friendly employees and amazing service. I broke a spoke the afternoon/evening before a race about 1.5 hours before the shop closed. I rushed to the store, and they were able to fix my wheel within 30 minutes. I wouldn't have been able to race without their help!

Dane was fantastic, helping our turning-six-years-old daughter have an "experience" picking out the accessories for her gorgeous new bicycle. SO glad we chose a local, reputable business rather than buying a cheap import from Wally World.
Told the young man right off that I was in the beginning stages of bike buying, and he still took the time to assist me in picking a couple that fit my criteria, explaining the differences, went online to check the warehouse. At the last minute, I decided to test drive one and he set it up for me even though it was closing time. I didn't buy a bike, but when I'm ready, I will go there.
Thanks so much to Mike the owner of East coast bikes in gent for saving the day! I had a broken park tool crank puller stuck inside my bottom bracket. I took it to the shop and Mike took the time to get me fixed up he knew exactly what to do! Now I'LL be ready to hit the trails this weekend!
