Fantastic shop! Fantastic customer service. The staff are NOT salesman. They just educate you on the bikes and they sell themselves. The bikes in the shop are priced fair if not cheaper than competitors. Thank you all my new friends at East Coast and thank you for the new Trek Crockett 4!! 😎

Everyone there is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
I am new to cycling, so I walked in with an Idea of what I WANTED. I can't remember exactly who helped me ...I pointed to a bike almost $3,000. The person helped asked some things..."Started cycling when? What do you plan on doing? And a few others...then was like "Here's what you NEED." It was a $800 bike. Some places go for the $3k just because, however, I have the bike I "need". We have since purchased a bike for my husband. I won't shop anywhere else if I can help it. Excellent customer service as well.
