Professional - highly knowledgeable - compassionate & comprehensive care from kind caring staff. Everyone at HOV is exceptional- Belinda, Monet, & Shawna helped a great deal - lovely kind people! Absolutely love love love Hospice of the Valley East Clinical Office! This review in on behalf of my mother, Andrea Rodriguez Irizarry, who passed away on April 19, 2024. I will begin by saying I had to transfer my mom from another hospice (Heart of healing) as my experience with them was not the best (ie, important medication not being delivered on time, continuous change of nurses, lack of equipment being approved for my mom, etc). Love. Love. Love. What you guys do! Heidi, RN- Debi, Social worker, Amy Nurse aid and Amanda, RN, WOW YOU GUYS ARE ANGELS AND HAVE DEFINITELY EARNED YOUR WINGS! Mahalo big time for taking such great care of my Mom, it was such a great help to our family.
I am writing this review because of how thankful I am that my mother received such good care. The condition she was in didn't require too much attention but if I wasn't able to make it down there I would call and get a full briefing on how she was throughout the night and her current stats. Every interaction I had with all the employees there was great. They were all friendly and you can tell that they cared! My mother passed at 6:54 AM and I received a call at 7:15am.
