I was at a large pharmacy for 25 years. So I really didn't know any better as far as having communication with a pharmacist. Since I switched here, I've spoken with them more. I'm not a big talker either but a little rapport is huge to have. Best way I can describe the entire pharmacy, small town feel with genuinely nice staff. I recommend them. Definitely going to be our phargoing forward etc. Thanks everyone:)

I switched to East City Pharmacy just over a year ago after trying several others in town (Shoppers, Rexall, Sullivan's). I have not once regretted this decision. The pharmacist/owner is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated. Not only does she call to let us know when our prescriptions are ready, but she also anticipates refill requests and takes the time to go over instructions for new prescriptions in a clear and careful manner.
