My feedback is regarding one of your receptionists for the walk in clinic. The doctor herself was excellent , I was unsure as to what direction to go in and she was willing to work with me and get me what I needed. The receptionist however clearly has misinformation and is extremely unprofessional with her snide commentary and expecting patients to disclose sensitive medical information in a room full of people when they’re clearly uncomfortable. Do better.
I was at a large pharmacy for 25 years. So I really didn't know any better as far as having communication with a pharmacist. Since I switched here, I've spoken with them more. I'm not a big talker either but a little rapport is huge to have. Best way I can describe the entire pharmacy, small town feel with genuinely nice staff. I recommend them. Definitely going to be our phargoing forward etc. Thanks everyone:)
