This was my first visit after trying many other offices around Las Vegas / Henderson in which I never wanted to return after the first visit to any of them. After looking online for a vet near by and one that opened at 7am and took walk ins I decided to give East Charleston a try. I just want to give a shout out to the Best fuzzy butt clinic in town! Dr. Julie and her team are top notch and they're the only office I trust to care for my fur babies. Thanks again Dr. Julie for always caring for Carmel like he's one of your own.
I was there last week when the power went out. They do NOT have a back up generator. Had there been an animal in surgery that animal would have died. Not having an emergency power plan is very dangerous and irresponsible of the vet.
I wanted to take a minute to express our thanks for your patience, understanding and concern your entire staff showed to us with our beloved Snoop Dawg. I am so thankful for each one of you (im pretty sure there were four of you that literally ran out to us). You sprung into action to help our baby in his last moments.Then your attention turned to us. Thank you. You are a great team and we truly felt that you cared. I would and will recommend your business to everyone.
My parents and I took Choco, our 14 yr old German Shepherd mix. We were very pleased with the service and care. Turns out our Choco has Lumbosacral Syndrome. Meds were given to him. So far he is doing better. Dr. Julie and staff were friendly and caring. Glad our friend told us about East Charleston Animal Hospital.
