We signed a 3-year contract for a security system for our business. They collected thousands and THEN I was told I had to wait roughly 3-4 months for installment due to a modem shortage. If I would have known this prior, I would have found another company. But these snakes knew that didn't they. Many, many months later after continuously calling for status, they installed the modem. Your employees need to park some where other than veterans parking, you are obviously able body enough to leave the veterans parking for someone who needs it.. Edit, interesting that you say that Brian as the young man who was in the store was hardly 18 years old. Make all the excuses you want it looks bad for your business, but so does the way you operate.
East Cascade was prompt in scheduling a tech visit to our home. Ben was outstanding! Ben answered all of our questions and took the time to make the most of the visit. These days I just love companies that do what they say they are going to do with great competent employees. We value our relationship with East Cascade Security for our business and home.
I have been a customer for over 6 years. We have used this company for 4 different locations. There are so many things lacking in customer care, responsiveness, professionalism, and accuracy of services, as well as responsiveness from management, that I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
