Total rip off. I have been paying to monitoring for years the one time I need the alarm to go off it didn’t. They advertise free updates to keep your system working but have not upgraded my system in years. We signed a 3-year contract for a security system for our business. They collected thousands and THEN I was told I had to wait roughly 3-4 months for installment due to a modem shortage. If I would have known this prior, I would have found another company. But these snakes knew that didn't they. Many, many months later after continuously calling for status, they installed the modem. Your employees need to park some where other than veterans parking, you are obviously able body enough to leave the veterans parking for someone who needs it.. Edit, interesting that you say that Brian as the young man who was in the store was hardly 18 years old. Make all the excuses you want it looks bad for your business, but so does the way you operate.
