We bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee 2 years ago and it was a great experience. But even better than that...I am 7 months pregnant and got a flat tire (my first ever) while in Greenville, and couldn’t get my spare changed. I was close to the dealership, so in desperation I called their service department. They could not have been more helpful. They got out to me quickly, got my spare on in record time and saved the day. I am so thankful for the service department. I highly recommend!
We bought our Dodge Charger here on Saturday. The service was great from everyone we met. I have to add, Taylor was great! From the first phone call to the minute we drove off the lot he was great to work with. Taylor, thanks for everything!

Called Friday 10:43 AM spoke to the service manager in detail made it very clear needed my truck to be looked at when dropped off as I’m on a tight schedule to have it fixed, said okay Tuesday afternoon works! I arrive Tuesday afternoon to drop off truck they tell me I don’t have a appointment. “Service manager” claims he never spoke to me. They say no worries though we will check it out & let you know something by Wednesday noon so I leave it.
