I had originally gave this four stars, but had to change it to 5. I initially complained about the lack of being able to contact the dentist. That is because they are only at this office Tuesday & Saturday. There are multiple offices. I changed to 5 stars because the whole team here really cares about me it feels like. they are the worst at answering phones to make an appointment or anything. you would think they want their business to keep running.
Honestly, this place is really detailed in the work that they do. I had a crown put in by another place that hurt so bad. The doctor I worked with to put a new one in paid attention to detail and I don't even recognize that I have a crown there. However, I will say that its so annoying that I can rarely get in touch with them by calling, so that's why I put 4 stars. And sometimes the appointments are messed up, which isn't a big deal.
