I had decided to try them because they had good reviews and were in my plan. I really like that you can do the scheduling online. I did have a few concerns, and was able to actually get through on the phone and speak with someone who got me an answer. (this is a dying art). At one point I was referred to oral surgeon. The visits I have had were very prompt, and the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. They are not pushy about extra work . It's a surprisingly pleasant experience.

What a great team: Athena was wonderful, engaging, helpful, and supremely talented as a hygienist and source of information on all things dental. Dr. Casella was excellent as well, explaining procedures and options with clarity and plenty of opportunity for questions. This is a clear example of how first impressions are often correct. My teeth are in their hands (so to speak)!
I’m very pleased with my experience at this office, so glad that I found this practice.
Kate was my tech and she was pleasant and thorough.
Athena was warm and authentic. Great service and everyone seemed passionate about their job.
