Your newer ladies/ hygienists have been fantastic and very nice, but having Caroline back and in the room with me absolutely made my day! She is truly 10 stars. I met the new Doctor too, and he was great. I was not keen on having someone else "replace" Dr. Casella even for one visit, but I had no need to worry. I couldn't be happier to have not gone to a different dentist for insurance reasons.
DR Ruppert was professional, caring and easy to talk to. He explained everything that he was going to do. I was comfortable knowing that.
Today was my cleaning appointment. In and out in a little more than a half hour. Thorough job done by the hygienist. Everyone very personable and considerate.
I only have fantastic things to say about East Bradford Dental! They are always so kind and punctual. Love that early morning appointments are available too!
I called on Monday, had an appointment on Tuesday, and the follow up scheduled for Thursday. Wonderful and helpful staff throughout the building!
My son had a great experience - second time at the dentist! Hygienist was great with him. He was so excited to get a new toothbrush and pick a toy from the treasure chest!
Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists are super friendly and thorough. Great use of technology to make your visit as short and painless as possible.
