Rachel was wonderful in explaining financial options, fees, and solving insurances issues. Athena was welcoming, friendly, reassuring, kind and knowledgeable. She also provided a good cleaning! Dr. Joyce explained my treatment plan without any "upselling". She was very nice and also reassuring. I have a lot of dental work to be done and I feel I am in good hands.
Dr. Joyce and staff are always amazing. They always make the whole experience from start to finish very comfortable. Everyone is very compassionate, understanding and thoughtful. I’m so grateful I started coming to this practice.

I relocated from Baltimore, MD and was looking for a great dental office in West Chester and I found it! Chloe is an amazing dental hygienist. From check in to check out I felt well cared for and actually cannot wait to go back! If you are looking for a knowledgeable dental group, I definitely recommend this practice!
Can’t believe took me so long to find a good dental office. I loved my first appointment. Can’t thank enough how awesome and professional Athena was explaining the whole procedure, she was great!!!!!. Also the headphones and sunglasses idea was a PLUS.
