Thoughtful and caring staff. They even Called the next day to check on my pup.
I can't say enough about the staff here. My cat of 13 years, my love, was ill and died in my arms at home. They were very understanding of my hysterical call to them not knowing what to do. When I arrived, they immediately took my fur baby offering condolences. I couldn't speak if I wanted to. Under the worst circumstances, they were kind, soft-spoken and comforting. Thank you for making my difficult time a little easier. They also sent a beautiful sympathy card.
Very kind sensitive people. I recommend them highly.

Business response:
Thank you for the 5 star review, Sharon!
Two days ago was one of the hardest days of my life and that was deciding to put our family dog down. I truly could've chose a better place to make the decision. The staff and doctors were so incredibly supportive and caring. My kids and I were all there as we let our Daisy go. I want to thank everyone that was there tremendously.

They were so sweet and calm when I was freaking out the whole time. My cat's prognosis was not good and would live what little life he had left very uncomfortably. My husband and I made the decision to euthanize him last night. Everyone, including the doctor were so patient, reassuring and respectful as they gave us frequent updates on our Cat's status as they revived him, rig... read more
