We came home to our Dog passing away called them and when we arrived they were coming out the door with a gurney for our dog, Extremely caring and helpful through our loss. And very touched when we received card from them with all them signing it in our loss.
Jessica, Tessa, and Dr Russell were amazing with my boxer. Everyone was friendly, informative, and compassionate throughout the whole visit.
The staff is awesome!!!! Highly recommend this place!

We came in about midnight with our sweet kitty. They took great care of my girl, fixed her right up, charged me just for what was needed and we were on our way. Fantastic job!
terrible service never again will I go there ! such a RIP off . nice staff but they charged me 91 $ for a exam that I felt wasn't even a exam tried to get me to spend more money to sedate my dog . I'm now completely broke I should of waited and took her to tracy and paid for a exam 29$ . not to mention the dr kept having to leave ! I feel toatally ripped off , I'm on fixed income and don't have 91$ to just hand out !
Three days ago I had to make the tough decision to put my sweet chihuahua down due to health complications. The staff was very kind and compassionate. The doctor explained to me what was going to be done prior to, and during the euthanasia process. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend EBVE. 💗
