For any one going here due to Jerry Larson retiring, save your time and money! They are rude, and unhelpful. Jerry was an honest man that did all he could to get his clients the most he could in their refund. The new people don’t even know how to properly communicate let alone assist when asked questions. The man I saw didn’t even know what FASFA is, which is a financial aid program for students.
