The doctor called me right back (even though she had already left the office) and gave me information on how I can get a retainer via the mail. She could have had me come in and sold me on a more expensive process but instead she guided me to a better solution even though she had nothing to gain from it. What a special person.

Dr. Natalia is one of the most caring orthodontists I have come across. The amount of time and care she puts into each patient is incredible! I had multiple consultations with orthodontists that told me if I wanted a better smile, I would have to get a tooth pulled, but not East Bay Orthodontics! They were able to work with me and get me the smile I wanted without losing a tooth! My best advice for anyone interested is to give time to the process, don’t rush through it and make sure to wear your rubber bands!!
