We had a check engine light come on on our car. We called ear bay mini to see if we had any warranty left on our car. We were told no. We had the work done at a local mechanic instead because without warranty it was more convenient than traveling to the dealership. After the work was completed we found out through another source that are car should have been covered by a california mandated dealership warranty. Bruce Wong was our representative for bringing our mini Cooper countryman in. Bruce was very professional and nice and informative. We really enjoyed working with Bruce. We waited in house and was always informed of what was going on and We really appreciated that. The wait was not long and we were on our way. Thank you, Bruce.
