I was really pleased with the service l received on my last visit. My service writer, Jeff Killoran, was very helpful and kept me well informed. I really appreciated the Lyft pick up and drop off service also.
The staff are knowledgeable and their customer service is excellent. We waited for our car and the environment was clean and comfortable. Very happy with the performance of the crew and the car!

Jeff Killoran and the staff at BMW/Mini Cooper of Pleasanton are the only professionals I go to get my 2013 mini cooper S serviced. I appreciate the service video they sent me. That way, I am informed of what mechanical issues are seen and also what looks well maintained. I highly recommend BMW/Mini Cooper of Pleasanton. The lobby area is great too! Snack, water and coffee is provided while customers wait.
