Had a batter issue with my Mini scooper and Ben from service department handled it flawlessly. Fast diagnosis , clear communication and excellent customer care ! Grant experience overall!
Took my mini Cooper in due to a message appearing on my dashboard. From start to finish the staff, especially Ben Simpson, were very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to my warranty not covering the repairs, I wasn't able to get my car repaired. But I know if they did my repairs I would have received stellar service.
I’ve consistently had great experiences with the service technicians here, especially Noah, Alex and Jeff. They’ve been patient, thorough, and genuinely kind. It’s refreshing to find a place where I never have to deal with any of the usual misogyny you get at other shops. Highly recommend.
