Thank you Jeff for always taking care of my daughter’s service needs for her mini! We really appreciate the attention to detail and expert advise that Jeff provides in regards to the care and maintenance of the vehicle. During the service appt we get an email video update of what is being done to the vehicle, so we get first hand visual of what to expect. I feel safe and secure that my daughter is driving a vehicle serviced by East Bay Mini!
I went in with a concern about the spare tire. My complaint was attended to in a timely manner and resolved to my satisfaction.
