THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! STAY AWAY!! ESTIMATOR NO SHOWED ME TWICE IN ONE DAY!! – So I needed a whole new house of windows and doors, probably 15 or so. First they told me my appointment would be from 8-10am, but closer to 8am. So at 8:40 I called and she said they were still on their way. Then I called at 9:45 and complained and the receptionist came back on the line after a few minutes and said the estimator was in San Francisco, and not even necessarily on his way yet. Not a good experience – Installer didn't bring all the needed parts to complete the installation, said that for him to return with the remaining part would cost $120, as if it were a new service call! I had to drive out to get the part, they couldn't figure out exactly what was still needed...an all-around hassle.
Had a VERY bad experience!!! – They mest up our glass order and didn't do anything to make it right, they blamed us for the wrong info, after asking many people in the business i relized it was there fault 100%....stay away!!! there are to many other good places to use!!
