East Bay Clinic has been an excellent experience over several visits for phlebotomy services. Location, short wait times and staff courtesy were pluses .
If zero stars were an option, this place would deservingly earn it! Went to this office today seeking a new primary care doctor. I met with Dr. Mark Zeller, who's odd countenance was observed the second he walked through the door. It was obvious to me he is not good socially and within several minutes he struck me as having no compassion for patients. Dr. Zeller and staff provide a valuable service in a system in R.I. that is overwhelmed. Solid staff....and we are lucky to have them.
I wish I could give zero stars. The blond haired women working at the front desk might be the most rude unprofessional person I’ve ever had to deal with. I work in healthcare and kindness and compassion should be a requirement, you won’t find a ounce of sympathy here. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else
