I should have give 5 star for review because of Dr. Aimee Edell, MD, She is an excellent, very knowledgeable and wonderful eye doctor. I have given 3 stars due to the staffs behavior who are working with Dr. Aimee. Yesterday 17th February 2026, I have an appointment with Dr. Aimee at 3:30 pm. I arrived at the clinic at 3:14 pm and front desk’s check me in at 3:15 pm. After me there were several patients came and their appointment was after 3:30 pm. There is zero negative that I can say about EBEC , all positive. Dr Raghu was very thorough, not rushed, and did both cataract surgeries . From the front desk to scheduling to the nurses, all 5 stars! Even called Back o a Saturday with questions before my surgery!

I had a cataract in my right eye and Dr Raghu took care of it perfectly. The appointments leading up to the surgery were on time, no waiting and the surgery was quick, painless and made my eyesight incredibly better, like I was in my youth again, 20/20. Their instruction on post operative procedures were easy to understand and complete. It was a completely low stress exercise on something that you would think, surgery on your eye, would stress you out big time. But not with Dr. Raghu and his team. There appears to be no effective leadership or oversight, which shows in the constant lack of follow-up and accountability. I’ve spent over a month trying to schedule a simple appointment. Phones go unanswered, voicemails are ignored, and when staff do respond, they fail to follow through. The doctors may be excellent, but poor management and administrative incompetence make this practice inaccessible. No patient should have to work this hard just to get an appointment. I have been very happy with the care I've received from Dr. Raghu and his staff. It began with the early detection of glaucoma in one of my eyes. He caught it and dealt with it with so early that I have no perceivable loss of vision. During a follow up appointment, Dr. Raghu determined that my cataracts had grown to the point where surgery would be recommended.
