This was a terrible experience! Our party of 10 walked in 10 minutes after they opened. We were asked to move from an area where we were standing because wait staff needed to get through. *We were not in the way at all. Plus- there was nowhere to go because for whatever reason we were having to wait even though there were open tables everywhere. When we asked where we could go the older guy (manager?) informed us we could go outside to wait. We walked right out the door. Management is absolutely awful!!! We will not be back.
Wish we would’ve never walked in the door! The manager and servers were very rude. There was no where for us to sit, but there were plenty of tables available when we got there! It’s way over priced!! The manager informed us we could just wait outside! So RUDE!!!
I wish I could give this place a 0!! The rudest people I have ever met, especially the tall gray headed old guy. Very overpriced food as well! Go to the shrimp basket instead!! The shrimp basket people are very friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices are great! But DO NOT GO TO THE EAST BAY CRAB HOUSE!

Went to eat here with my 5yo, our wait was about 30 mins, but it was at peak dinner time, so that was fine. Bartender was quick, but our server didn’t look too happy to be at work. She didn’t offer us any refills, and we couldn’t find her when we needed a spoon, and refills. I ordered the Cajun angels, they were OK at best. The food is phenomenal and the service is spectacular, I’m assuming the man at the front was either the manager or the owner. Either way he was amazing and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to others! Especially if you are on vacation and need a yummy place to eat!!!
