Great place! Although usually a bad situation to use their services , they make it much easier. They handle everything for you and never an issue.
By far the best shop in the area. I have been there a few times through no fault of my own ;-)... I can honestly say that they have completely exceeded my expectations. The shop not only repaired my vehicles to they point that they looked brand new on the outside but also they took the time to detail the interior giving me that "brand new feeling" inside the cars once again. My first experience was due to a small accident on the highway and the second experience was an incident where someone took the mirror off my car by driving to close as my car was parked on the road. Both experiences were amazing all starting with the friendly professional staff, quality workmanship, and prompt service. East Bay Autobody will continue to be the autobody business I choose and refer to others.
Took my limited production saab 9-3 Viggen here to be looked at for rear end damage. Upon arrival I brought the service technician out to look at my car and he told me it looks repairable. He said if he couldn't find a Viggen bumper he would just use a regular Saab 9-3 bumper. (Completely different thing) When you have M series BMW in your shop do you just use regular BMW parts too? I'm confused. They also had the audacity to tell me my lawyer was stupid for sending me down there to have the car looked at. Which we were doin... read more
