My mothers car got towed and the tow driver didnt hook her car up totaled the front end when i had aaa tow it out of their he showed the 2 employees how they should have towed it. The staff was rude, not helpful they refused to fix what they damaged on her car i had to take it somewhere else pay out of pocket for axle tire rim bumper and couple suspension parts. this is not how a good business is run.
This is the BEST Autobody shop! The people there are amazing & they do FANTASTIC work! They go above & beyond to make their customers happy.
East Bay is always professional and never makes you wait longer than necessary!! They'll stand behind their work and make sure to give you the best price!! Won't consider giving another garage my money �
East Bay did a fantastic job on my wife's car, twice! Highly recommend.
