I am a current resident here at Pelican Bay, and I can t WAIT for my lease to be up so I can move!! I would only recommend these apartments to my worst enemies....and even then, I may warn them about it. The conditions of these buildings are terrible. Unfortunately, you don t realize the extent of the condition until you ve already signed a lease, and then it s too late. The management staff is completely unreliable, uncaring, irritating and just plain RUDE! They treat you more like a paycheck than a person. There is always ... read more
