I contacted East Barre Vt. auto sales via email from a web site where the dealer listed their T-Bird for sale. I provided the my email address and phone number to contact me. The dealer replied to "come on in" even though I live nearly 200 miles away asking for their sale representative name & number. I also provided my name and number for the salesperson to contact me. I received an email from this gentleman and I did respond that he should "stop in and take a look at it"I did not realize that he was that far away, my apologies!!In his email he also asked for the name and the number of the salesperson he should talk toI emailed him that name and number immediately.This was the extent of any conversation I had with this customer.I spoke with the employees and no one took a call from him.No one would have told him to call "Back the next day of on the weekend"for one fact if the owner leaves ... read more
The dealer contacted me but did not respond to my email or to my several phone calls until days later when the car was sold.

They were very easy to deal with. Janice was friendly, helpful and knowledgable, and made car shopping and buying a pleasure. They also worked hard to get my monthly payment where we needed it to be. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our deal. Oh, and did I mention the truck we ended up buying is awesome! We love it!!!
