Our first experience was on 08/2022, the bill was submitted with the wrong TAX ID number, thus leaving us responsible for $185 rather than a $35.00 copay. We paid the bill while attempting to work with the horrible billing department at 800 858 1014. Your hold time is between 10 to 58 minutes only to be disconnected.
