I truly love what East Athens Development Corp has done for the community of Athens Clarke County! For over 30+ years this organization has helped change the lives of the people who have needed it!
A great non-profit the directly impacts the areas in Athens that need it most! East Athens Development Corporation (EADC) provides economic empowerment through affordable housing, workforce development opportunities, youth development, and supportive services such as food distributions in the Athens community.
Located on the east side of Athens and near transit. Have limited interaction with the organization, but they recently donated solar panels to two moderate income households--a win in my book. I understand they also run a mobile career van.
Awesome😍
