Just like any other monopoly. The doctors and the staff are only there for a check. Miscommunication, lies, rudeness, no updates on concerns or complaints, and a bill is all you’re going to get. They mishandled my sick mother and ignored our concerns every time we reached out about it. Whoever is running administration allows anything to happen. I am writing this review for the EXEPTIONAL customer service my boyfriend and I have received from Jacquatta at Albany Area Primary Health Care. We recently moved out of state and needed help with getting original copies of his past visit. She went above and beyond helping us with everything we needed and was promptly responsive in regards to the communication both via phone and emails.
