Shady business practices I haven't lived there in over 2 years Sold my trailer to another person person and the office continues to let them pay the bill in my name The buyer has been contacted the trailer park office has been contacted no action has been taken.
I love living here! It's kept looking nice. However, they charge way too much for lot rent! I own my mobile home and yet I still pay as much or more than I would to rent a full size house somewhere.

the lady at the office is never there and never answer her phone and she is rude. her jackie PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE BE AWARE SHE IS MEAN AND THE RENT IS TOO EXPENSIVE
