This place sucks! Called about a vehicle that was a fresh trade in, they tell me it’s being inspected so I can’t even look at it yet, so I wait a couple days, call again and ask where they are in the process and they said it still wasn’t on the lot and that they’d call me as soon as it hit the lot. Stopped in to check out some vehicles for my gf she wants something bigger....test drove a 2017 Durango with 103,000 miles. Had a bunch of chips in the paint ,air sounded like it was laboring plus some other issues after all it is 8yrs old. Bought a car from them about a year ago and have had problem after problem with it ever since. First the entire suspension needed replaced, then all 4 tires, the battery, front brakes were on wrong & bleeding brake fluid, transmission is bad, & if all that wasn’t enough I recently learned the engine needs to be replaced. Worst used car buying experience in my life. I have bought 2 vehicles from them in the last 10 years, and I doubt I will ever trust them again. They said that the latest vehicle was "road worthy", but it had a gas leak, metal on metal back brakes, and other issues. They were nice, and said they were going to refund my money, but it's been over a week. I expected to be putting some money into a cheaper car, but I didn't expect a death trap.
