Quickest, easiest, and most convenient vehicle purchase I’ve ever done. Great crew, friendly, and Douglas even treated us with some Gummy Bears to tide us over until we left the lot for dinner.
This place sucks! Called about a vehicle that was a fresh trade in, they tell me it’s being inspected so I can’t even look at it yet, so I wait a couple days, call again and ask where they are in the process and they said it still wasn’t on the lot and that they’d call me as soon as it hit the lot. Then a cpl more days pass and I see they posed pictures so I called and asked if it was on the lot, and they tell me it still had to be detailed yet. Stopped in to check out some vehicles for my gf she wants something bigger....test drove a 2017 Durango with 103,000 miles. Had a bunch of chips in the paint ,air sounded like it was laboring plus some other issues after all it is 8yrs old. Bought a car from them about a year ago and have had problem after problem with it ever since. First the entire suspension needed replaced, then all 4 tires, the battery, front brakes were on wrong & bleeding brake fluid, transmission is bad, & if all that wasn’t enough I recently learned the engine needs to be replaced. I tried contacting them when I first noticed these issues & they basically told me once I drove it off the lot it became my problem.
