This was one of the worst massages my husband and I have ever experienced, if you could call it that. We shared the couples Room and 2 inexperienced ‘therapists’ dressed like they were going for a night out, Sparkly shoes, the lot, turned up squirted oil all over my back (and hair) then proceeded to use her knuckles up down my spine, no muscle recognition or technique for a relaxing massage. Absolutely shocking. They chatted and laughed between themselves without any respect for the peace and quiet we had expected. After 20 ... read more
Just had a 60min upper body massage through a Groupon deal. The masseuse was great! I am feeling so much better now. Thank you!!
We were visiting Adelaide from Perth and booked a 60-minute facial through Groupon for my daughter-in-law and me. We both absolutely loved it — the experience was relaxing, professional, and very enjoyable. My husband also had a foot spa with a 30-minute foot massage, which he enjoyed so much that he extended it for another 30 minutes. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating, even at short notice. We all left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!
Upon booking our Couples Massage, I was told I could use our Expired Groupon vouchers. Upon arrival, we were told we were NOT able to use our vouchers. We travelled 2hours for this so called appointment. The staff are NOT all on the same page and need to be. Very disappointing experience from reception.
I was in Adelaide for work and tried a 60-minute Groupon deal — 30 minutes of massage and 30 minutes of foot spa. The massage was nice and firm, but the “foot spa” was literally just soaking my feet in a tub of water that hooked up to some machine with no treatment. So effectively, you’re paying $60 for a 30-minute massage, which is about the normal price anyway. Not a deal I’d recommend.
