Upon booking our Couples Massage, I was told I could use our Expired Groupon vouchers. Upon arrival, we were told we were NOT able to use our vouchers. We travelled 2hours for this so called appointment. The staff are NOT all on the same page and need to be. Very disappointing experience from reception.
I was in Adelaide for work and tried a 60-minute Groupon deal — 30 minutes of massage and 30 minutes of foot spa. The massage was nice and firm, but the “foot spa” was literally just soaking my feet in a tub of water that hooked up to some machine with no treatment. So effectively, you’re paying $60 for a 30-minute massage, which is about the normal price anyway. Not a deal I’d recommend.
This place should have 5 stars! I had Maria 1hr massage, really good quality. They had health rebate too, and lovely clean rooms.
Never coming here again. I have been coming here on and off for over 5 years. I have had some very pleasant treatments done here. However recently ive noticed the treatments getting sloppiers, masks not left on long enough, no more lip mask or sunscreen at the end. But the facials were great and affordable so i kept coming back, until today. I have a lovely lady who did my facial, however during the last half of treatment i was left alone for over 15 minutes with no help, to be told the cord for the led machine was missing, ... read more
