Rang and booked an appointment on the 12th of March for the following day at 1.30pm. Booking accepted. Upon arrival was told that the therapist was with another customer and would not be available till 2.10pm. and would I like to wait. I asked what happened to my appointment as it was confirmed over the phone. The receptionist muttered something about that she never took the booking so it wasn't valid. Horrible massage, she was rubbing me like she was marinading a steak rather than trying to give a flowing relaxing massage, very odd. Gave feedback but she continued the same, so stopped the massage 5 minutes in and asked for a partial refund at which point they declined before agreeing after a lengthy exchange. Filthy bathrooms too. Bad experience start to finish
I booked a last minute 1 hour massage in the hope to relieve my muscle soreness. The lady who massaged me seemed inexperienced, lacked rhythm and missed all the essential areas that required more work (which had been advised prior to starting). Her phone went off and not only did she pick it up but decide to do put on loudspeaker as well .. Completely unprofessional and a waste of money and time.
After reading others reviews I guess I've been lucky at showing up at the right times here. Every year I come to Adelaide for Fringe Fest and every year I go to Eassa because I love the massage quality. Before I knew of Frantine and her magical hands I would have good massages, but Frantine made me fall in love with Eassa last year. This year after speaking with Amay the beautiful welcoming receptionist she told me I should wait for Ru, the Fijian masseuse who works on Frantines level. This was one of the worst massages my husband and I have ever experienced, if you could call it that. We shared the couples Room and 2 inexperienced ‘therapists’ dressed like they were going for a night out, Sparkly shoes, the lot, turned up squirted oil all over my back (and hair) then proceeded to use her knuckles up down my spine, no muscle recognition or technique for a relaxing massage.
