I bought this as a gift for my friend through Groupon. However, my friend was polite and didn’t really complain much. I also purchased the same massage for myself, and the woman performing the massage caused a deep scratch and wound on my neck. Also, the Groupon advertisement mentioned a foot spa. We booked a Groupon voucher for a 90-minute pamper package (30-minute massage, 30-minute facial, 30-minute foot detox). Upon arrival, we were advised that the facial was not available. Instead, we were offered a one-hour massage as a replacement. We were shown to a room and then left unattended for approximately 20 minutes without any communication regarding the delay. Booked a relaxation massage online via their website and it was anything but! Was pummeled and smacked and rubbed down with a dry scratchy towel. I wasn’t asked to complete any documentation when I got there to indicate target areas, the masseuse did not speak to me the entire time either. I do not recommend!

I wouldn’t even give this place one star if I had the choice. Absolutely unprofessional from start to finish. The service was disappointing, the staff lacked professionalism, and the overall experience was well below expectations. I left feeling like my time and money had been wasted. There are plenty of better massage clinics out there that actually value their customers. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place.

I usually go here but last night was the worst massage ever that I had. EVER. I booked in for a 2 hour full body Oil Massage and I had 'Yoyo' - looks like an elderly (60s) Asian auntie. Right after being stripping naked and settling myself in... Let me just enumerate all the things that went wrong: 1) She didn't even bother to dim the lights 2) Didn't even ask where were my problem areas. 3) Was very rough all throughout.
