My home was recently damage by a sewer leak. Easley contractors did an outstand job with the repairs. Their workers were professional courteous polite and always came when they said they would and cleaned up their mess. My home was beautifully restored and I couldn't be more pleased.
We had two of our main rooms incur major water damage in March. Initially, I was impressed. Very responsive--arrived within two hours of my first call and got some of the contract workers out the first day. Was quoted a 3-4 week project. Tons of work was done in the first 2 weeks--very pleased with the work done...and then it took 4 weeks in order to complete tasks that should have taken days (painting a walls and moldings, etc). We contacted the customer regarding her balance on 9/19 and at that time she didn't mention any issues. Then later that same day we received the complaint which she never mentioned when we called about her balance. We tried to call her regarding these issues on 9/19 and 9/20 and haven't received a return call from her at this time. We'll be more than happy to take care of any issues once she returns our call.
I was looking for a contractor to add a half bath in my Midtown home. After speaking with them, and getting an estimate in May 2016, I decided to proceed with the renovation. The contractor told me that it would take a couple of weeks for them to get to the project, which I understood. Once they got started around the first of June, they did not finish until this past week (Week of August 15th.
