Terence and Easley came highly recommended, and they really delivered. There were issues with my insurance that were extremely frustrating. Terence not only remained professional and helpful but also served as an advocate for us when appropriate. His knowledge really helped us navigate the process and resulted in a better claim settlement for us. We dealt with Terence K***** from Easley Contractors to repair flood damage in our home. Terence explained things well and kept us informed at all stages. He responded to our calls or emails quickly. After the work was completed he went through with us and happily and speedily corrected the very minor (-a missed trim area inside a closet that wasn't painted, a couple of spots that needed cleaning up a bit) issues that remained. We were happy with the work performed and will use them again if needed in the future.

I contacted ECI after fire damage to my home. Clayton H***** was the contractor i worked with and I am completely satisfied with the quality and professional service I received. My home is restored and looks wonderful. I had everything explained to me verbally and in writing. The men that came to my home were courteous and worked quickly and left no debris or mess behind. We had damage to our gutters and patio cover as a result of the severe ice storm in January 2021. My contact with Easley arrived on time as scheduled for our damage walk through. He answered all our questions and arranged for a contractor to repair all our damage, We particularly appreciated there quick response each time we contacted them. I would recommend this company.

We had a fire that did some pretty extensive damage and Clayton and Easley were top notch in responding and repair with a very high quality outcome. This was right in the middle of the snowstorm we had in January and all of Shelby County was dealing with issues. I would highly recommend Easley.
