They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. My appointment was at 1:00, and I watch the doctor return from lunch at 1:30 as I sat in the waiting room.
