I had a full tile roof replacement by Ease Roofing and could not be more pleased. The entire process was smooth and efficient. A minor issue after completion was quickly addressed. I highly recommend Ease for roofing issues. Brian the Supervisor was very attentive and Glen the owner could not have been more helpful and fair. Hi, just finish reading some of these negative reviews . Apparently, this is not the same ease roofing that I used. I was very pleased with the job. The price, the communication, the outcome of the total project. Having some building experience myself, I saw that no corners were cut.the screen system that they use to protect the house and landscaping was a bonus that i have not seen before .Did an excellent job even communicated during the rainy week? I just had a roof repair done by Brian and the team and it was money well spent! They were very thorough before during and after the job was completed. I was actually surprised how great their quality control and communication was.
I was disappointed with my experience with Ease Roofing. Communication was inconsistent — it was hard to get updates on the schedule, and some promises about completion times weren’t kept. Additionally, the quality of work didn’t meet my expectations; I noticed issues that needed follow-up after the job was supposedly finished. Overall, I expected more professionalism and attention to detail. I hope they improve their service for future customers.
⭐ 1 STAR – AVOID AT ALL COSTS This was hands down one of the worst contractor experiences I’ve ever had. Communication was almost nonexistent. Calls and messages went unanswered, timelines were vague, and I constantly had to chase someone down just to get basic information. If you value transparency or professionalism, this company is not it. The biggest issue: I was charged extra for plywood that was clearly INCLUDED in the original quote.
