These guys are great. The doctor somehow can pinpoint a spot in my neck that always gets tight with my bad posture. Over time I learned how the spin is connected to the different parts of the body. Each visit I found things getting better. Weird but bowel movements changes. (For the better). The biggest change was my sleep. I haven’t slept well in years. Dr. TYLER‘s adjustment methodology is gentle, precise, and very thorough. He is working through a couple of multiyear issues I have had with alignment and therefore muscle tension. To the point that I am now able to follow through on my golf swing better. My mid and lower back are more flexible than they have ever been. Thank you, Dr. Tyler for your sport’s centric work on my back in addition to my overall alignment and reduced pain and tension in my back and neck.
