I only needed 4 yards of topsoil delivered, and I am impressed with the quality of the topsoil. I will certainly contact them again for future needs!
I had asked if the estimator could call to walk through project details and they would only respond to me via email. Which kept pushing out the date, ended up having to go with a different company to meet our timeline. If they would have called we could have got on schedule but they didnt seem too concerned to lose a customer I suppose.
This company was super easy to work with, and we loved the choices of rock. We got the rock delivered the next day. We highly recommend!
UPDATE 1 Year Later: 90% of the project turned out to be a failure and, after my Wife sent an email to communicate the issues, there was zero attempt to follow up and help us fix the problems other than an email telling us they won't warranty the plants/trees. Due to this, the issues we experienced during the project, and the poor customer service after the fact, I am dropping this review to a 1 start. Earth Works delivered sand for my sandbox. They were so quick, courteous, great to work with. When it was delivered, the driver was careful and made sure we got every bit of the sand:). I am so pleased with the customer service and professionalism of this company. And the sand I ordered was much cheaper than anywhere else and delivery charges are very reasonable.
